Monday, May 30th - Memorial Day Parade
All available Scouts are asked to march in the Cumberland Memorial Day Parade on Memorial Day morning. Meet at Mabel I. Wilson School at 9:30 AM in Class A uniform. We can use all the participation we can get - be proud of your troop affiliation! There will be no Scout meeting this evening.

Monday, June 6th - Meeting, Wescustogo Hall, 6:30 - 8:00 PM
Possible Troop Elections? Final official meeting for this school year. Will include final advancement meeting before the Court of Honor.

Friday, June 10th - Bradbury Mountain State Park
Trail to Tenderfoot overnight for any beginning scouts working toward their Tenderfoot rank, and any older scouts who want to help them. Contact Mr. Thomas for details.

Saturday, June 11th - Pig Roast & Court of Honor
All families are welcome at our Spring/Summer Court of Honor and Annual Pig Roast at Bradbury Mountain State Park, Pownal.
Park opens at 9:00 am, please arrive by 2:00pm.
Each scout is asked to bring a side dish or dessert to share with everyone.

Monday, June 13th - 6:00 - 8:00 PM Annual Water Fight
Please note the earlier starting time. This is our annual Boy Scout Water Fight at Sharp's Field
(next to the North Yarmouth Town Hall). Bring all the water, shooting implements and water balloons
you can get your hands on and towels for the seats of the car for the ride home. We'll also be eating
any leftovers from the pig roast. It's a marvelous time for scouts and parents!

Also on Monday, June 13th at 6:00pm - Medical Exams for Scouts attending Summer Camp
Dr. Lavoie will be performing Class 2 medical exams at Wescustogo Hall for any scouts
who needs one before attending Boy Scout camp at Camp Hinds in August. Permission slip
signed by parents will be mandatory. This will be the only time this will be offered.

This Summer:
August 7th - 12th - Boy Scout Summer Camp at Camp Hinds, Raymond
Troop 58 is attending Summer Camp during Week 6 and will once again be in the Bailey Campground across the Tenny River.

Also, mark your calendar for Saturday, August 21st. This will be the Annual Planning Meeting to plan the
major events for the upcoming year. All scouts are invited to attend and have input regarding what
we'll do next year. This is a mandatory meeting for all scouts with Positions of Leadership.
