Note to Parents:
Our weekly meetings are usually scheduled for 6:30 to 8:00. Please make sure your scout arrives on time and in uniform. Scouts are expected to help set up tables and chairs before a meeting starts and to help put everything back when the meeting is over. Your help making sure your scout does his share would be appreciated.

All of us who volunteer really enjoy the time we spend with our scouts. However, when a meeting or event is over, we also enjoy heading home to our families. If you are providing transportation for your son after a meeting or event, please be prompt - or even early - at the designated place.

This newsletter is only one method of trying to keep everyone informed of the upcoming events. Opening and closing announcements at the meetings provide the most current information and give the most details. Sign up sheets and permission slips for upcoming events are available after opening announcements. We would like to strongly encourage everyone to come and listen to these announcements.

The month, and especially the weeks, before a Court of Honor are very busy times for advancements. Adults are needed to help with Boards of Reviews. Please consider staying for the meeting(s) and helping out. We'd be very willing to teach you what needs to be done.
