We have three regular Monday meetings this month.

Monday, June 2 Scout Elections
Meeting 6:30 8:00 PM
We'll be electing the leaders for July December 2003.
After elections, we'll be working on advancement and merit badges.

Monday, June 9 Finish work for upcoming Court of Honor 6:30 8:00 PM
There will be a wiffleball game outside and work on advancement.
Also, this is the only meeting at which Dr. Lavoie will be performing physicals for Camp Hinds. All scouts needing physicals MUST bring form signed by parent or guardian before Dr. Lavoie can perform the physicals.

Monday, June 16 Annual Water Fight at Sharps Field!! Begins at 6:00 PM
Sharps Field is behind the new North Yarmouth Town Hall on Route 9. Bring water guns, water balloons, and whatever means of soaking one another you prefer. And, of course, wear clothing that can get soaked and bring a towel so you won't get the car wet on the ride home!

Saturday, June 14 Pig Roast, Court of Honor, and Flag Disposal Ceremony

Yes, it's a full afternoon. This year's event will be at Westcustago Park.
Traditionally, people arrive between noon and 2:00 for an afternoon of games and fun while the pig is roasting, followed by the dinner around 4:00 (bring a side dish or dessert, please, to accompany the main course).
The Court of Honor will follow the dinner.
After the Court of Honor, we'll have a Flag Disposal Ceremony to commemorate Flag Day.

Friday June 27 Sunday, June 29 White Water Rafting Trip!!
This is going to be a great way to kick off the summer, soaring down a river in a raft! White water rafting on Saturday, June 29th on the Dead River.  Leave Friday, June 28th and camp at Magic Falls.  A big water release on the Dead River on Saturday will make for an exciting rafting trip! Cost is $81.00 per person.  This includes rafting and camping and a barbeque after the run.  This is open for all Scouts, young and old, and is a great way to start the summer off with a bang.  Everyone should try to make this trip.
