POPCORN SALE is now going on, if you did not receive a form in the mail you can see Shannon Klar (our Troop Kernel) at the next meeting.

You will help the troop, as well as earn 15% for yourself, to be used for trips or summer camp. You will also earn the prize of your choice as indicated on the prize sheet. The completed popcorn sheets are due to Shannon by October 23. Pick up your popcorn at the Klar home on November 12, or by appointment. Distribute your popcorn, collect the money and turn money in by November 27. All checks should be made out to Troop 58.

Saturday, September 23rd Meet at the Skyline Farms for Clean up Day --- 9:00 a.m. The Skyline Farms has been purchased by a group of concerned individuals to keep it from being developed. They are hoping to have cross country ski trails, horse shows and other activities. Our troop is adopting a couple of trails. This is a good way to earn some service hours, and have some fun with a bon fire and food of course! Where is it? Go down 115 and turn onto The Lane, which the Ames Farm Center is on, keep going a 1/2 mile, on the right.

Saturday, October 14th Rte 9, Royal River, At the old Town Farm -Another chance to help clean up (oh how we love to pile up brush!) This may be a campout the night before. More later.
