Summer Camp at Camp Hinds, Raymond, ME
Week 6 - August 7th thru August 12th

ARRIVAL: August 7, 2005
We will be meeting in the Camp Hinds front parking lot. Please arrive by 1:30pm. All gear will be loaded into a couple of pickup trucks. When the camp officially opens at 2:00pm the trucks will be driven to the campsite and the entire troop will march in and set up camp together. Please arrive in uniform. Make sure all gear and clothing is labeled with the Scout's name. Pack the clothing/gear into a large plastic storage tote or foot locker if possible. These store easily at the end of the cots and will help keep clothing dry and keep the wildlife out of any food.

DEPARTURE: Friday, August 12, 2005
No Scouts will be dismissed until after final retreat which is 5:45pm. All gear will be available for pickup in the front parking lot after final retreat. No Scouts are to leave the campgrounds without being dismissed by the leader-in-charge. Everyone is invited to stay for the Friday night Barbecue and Campfire after final retreat. Cost of Barbecue tickets for guests are $5.00 for adults, $3.00 for children under 12, Scouts eat free. These tickets are available to purchase when you arrive on Sunday.
