The next year we did a 180-lb or so for about 120 people, and had some left over. We've also done Troop Roasts with 80-150 lb pigs, for 50-80 people, and generally had lots left over. So, always looking for the rule of thumb to apply, seems 1-lb of pig per person would be the minimum, and 1-1/4 lb is a safer bet.
